This is the image from .hack//黄昏の腕輪伝説 (hack_udeden)。銀漢(Ginkan) fought against the knights of war (the system managers) to help 秀悟(Shugo) flee. This is forbidden in "The World" network game and Ginkan was going to be executed (delete the ID). Before the ID vanished, he shouted "Subaru Samaaaaaaaaaa! (昴様ああああああ!)" to remind himself that he follows the principle of crimson knights led by Lady Subaru. So this episode relates the .hack//黄昏の腕輪伝説 and .hack//SIGN. Now it's clear that the hack_udeden is describing the events after .hack//SIGN. (Update: I didn't know there is a road map for this. Check this out!)
It makes me laugh to see stupid Ginkan cried for Subaru.....
