So far I am about to reach the limit dropping safari as my default browser. The caching problem makes it UN-USABLE indeed! I can't bear any browser that couldn't render my homepage! Dumping cached file only helps a little bit but it's still getting worse. I am not sure if this is just my case or it's everywhere. At least I found 2 more cases happened to my friends.
I feel like an envying man watching Dave Hyatt's weblog and reading he said "Yay! I fixed this bug!". It's not of any reality to me, my reality is, my safari doesn't work well.
Hello. Firebird.

Right, it doesn't happen everytime. Probably the caching problem of css.
One of my friends got this problem on my blog , too. It doesn't always happen, but usually... :(
Being the 'friend' mentioned above, I personally have a Movable Type installation on my own web server, and I find an interesting phenomenon. The server is in the campus of NSYSU. With Safari, I have viewing problems almost every time when connecting it via SeedNet ADSL outside our school. But it seems OK all the time when I administrate the weblog behind the same router with the server. The ADSL case is somewhat strange regarding Chinese character. I havn't happened to any problem if the entry is composed only in English. Then, while viewing the source of the mis-displayed page, those paragraphs are actually there, intact. Hope this helps clarifying the situation, meanwhile, I also post this on the author's blog.

Apparently, I am experiencing another Safari bug that fooled me and made me click POST twice. Please delete the repetition. Thank you.
Then let me explain it in detail. I clicked POST, the page reloaded, and I didn't see my comment. I clicked POST again, it appeared the same. Thus I opened Firebird and saw my repeated comments, at the same time Safari reloaded with the result it should be. By the way, I find no way initiating a new thread in Hyatt's blog. So, if the problem remains, I'll turn to Firebird. :)
I've removed the "best viewed with safari" badge on my website... There are even more problems with safari when you edit your blog contents and comments under MT, ouch!
