Okay, it turns out this bug is still there after Safari 1.2 got released yesterday. Let me show you some screen shots for better demonstration of this bug. Oh, by the way, it works on Mozilla firebird.
I knew this bug. However, I found if I reloaded the page before the last saving step. It gave me the right content. This is not an excuse, but a work around. It was tested on Safari 1.2.
