道樂 is a famous crab restaurant in Japan. Why the hell would somebody put a trademark of a restaurant on your T-shirt? Please never wear any foreign character that you don't know.
Tattoo is even worse. There's a joke from a Japanese comic: "I would like the kanji means 'Big' and 'Quick'." "OK, let's tattoo '大便' for you."
